Established in 2002 as Hillcroft Enterprises, the company was originally founded as a specialist distributor of double sided adhesive tapes, supplying the Marine, Caravan and Furniture Industries

Our association with these industries is as strong as ever. The company was incorporated in 2011 as Hillcroft North West Limited and now incorporates Eazi-Stops, a specialist converting company producing self adhesive polyurethane bumper feet and leading edge protection tape, commonly referred to as Helicopter tape and used extensively on the leading edge of vehicles to prevent stone chip damage.

LAMINATION

• Our Jagenberg laminator was purchased specifically to produce self-adhesive wallboard tape. We have developed our high spec adhesive lamination tapes in close association with our customers and leading wallboard manufacturers. They will bond to heavily embossed or debossed surfaces and are Plasticizer resistant, an important consideration when dealing with heavily plasticized vinyl wallcoverings.

DIE CUTTING

• We frequently receive enquiries for materials in a pre-cut format. Our conversion facilities also include a 20 tonne cutting press enabling us to offer die cut pieces, in any material, any thickness and any format.

VEHICLE GRAPHICS

• Our Roland SP5401 54" printer and cutter is the perfect high performance production tool for creating professional, high quality caravan, motorhome and vehicle graphics. When used in conjunction with our Vivid Polar Sign S1400 we can mount, laminate and encapsulate, providing cost effective finishing solutions for signs and graphics, giving a protective abrasion resistant gloss finish to all print media.

We have worked with our suppliers to source the very best materials. Our printable polymeric vinyl has been chosen to facilitate colour intensive, brilliant printing. All our vinyl's use high tack adhesive systems that will adhere to a variety of substrates including glass and aluminium and will conform to irregular surfaces.

Our laminate is one of the highest clarity and combines high impact resistance with a strong adhesive that will not de-laminate.

We also produce caravan and motorhome badges, using the latest in resin technology to help your badges stand out. Our process utilises a polyurethane dome that effectively brings flat labels to life through touch and aesthetics. Your logo bcomes magnified and enhanced through the polyurethane dome, which also provides protection for the label, improving weather and UV resistance.
